One Music

Description

One Music is a website that transfers playlists from Spotify To Apple Music.

Motivation

I started working on this project with Kamsi Ibeziako in May 2020, after I graduated college before starting my full time job. The original project transfered playlists from Spotify To Apple Music and from Apple Music to Spotify. The project took a halt when we got busy with work and ran into some issues. I decide redo the part of the project that does the one way transfer from spotify to apple music applying skills I had learnt at work. I also documented and showed the process of making the whole project on my YouTube Channel. The code is also on my github as well.

Lessons Learnt

Refreshed my knowledge of API's and Promises. Also got to use Redux. I also deployed the project on Azure. That was also a pretty cool learning experience.
